Get ready to sing your heart out and spread holiday cheer at the West Ryde Christmas Carols - it's going to be a jolly good time!
*Singing is not compulsory , you can also enjoy listening.

*There will be two Gig Buddies staff member for up to 20 attendees (participants and volunteers combined). If you need extra support, please let us know if you plan on bringing a support worker/support person with you to this event.

When: Saturday the 6th of December

What time do we meet? 4pm

What time does it end? 7pm

Cost: Free to attend. Please bring money for food , drink and transport.

How do I get there?

Food:

They will have food stores you can purchase food from or you can bring your own snacks or dinner.

Dress code:

Comfortable clothing as this is an outside event. Walking shoes.

Sun and wind protection.

What else do I need to bring?

• Money for food / drinks.
• Don’t forget your Opal card if catching public transport.
• Phone for pictures and finding staff.
• Water to stay hydrated.
• Sanitiser
• Sun protection. Sunscreen , hat and sunglasses.
• Jacket.
• Something to sit on. For example a rug , towel or seat.

Accessibility: This event is outdoors. There will be uneven grounds.

They have music and singers so it will be loud. You are welcomed to bring noise cancelling headphones.

Please be advised there will be large crowds at this event.

How do I join? Register by getting a ticket from this page (click 'add to bag' in the top right hand corner and enter your details)

Please note:

1. Attendees must bring ID.
2. Gig Buddies staff will be in attendance, but will not be on hand to provide individual support.
3. Getting there: Transport to and from the venue is not supplied. Attendees are responsible for making their own way to and from the venue.
4. Getting home: Gig Buddies staff may help attendees with catching public transport, taxis or Ubers home - up until 30 minutes after the scheduled end; Gig Buddies staff are unable to assist attendees who remain at the venue beyond this time.
5. Attendees do not need to be paired with a gig buddy to join us. All signed up participants with a current service agreement or volunteers who have completed compliance are welcome to join us.
6. COVID-19: If you’re feeling unwell we ask that you do not attend.
7. Participants who require extra support must let the Gig Buddies team know if they will be bringing along a support worker or family member to an event. Thank you.
