What are Gig Buddies Group Social Events?
Gig Buddies group social events are hosted by the GB team so that all signed-up participants and volunteers in the Gig Buddies project can catch up and do fun stuff in a group setting.
Monthly group social events are held all over Metro Sydney and Central Coast.
The main focus of the Gig Buddies project is to "buddy-up" participants and volunteers so they can catch up and go to their own events together.
Gig Buddies group social events are a "bonus" way for participants to meet people and socialise.
All group social events are run as "not-for-profit".
Participants only pay for a group social event if they need to cover the cost of admission tickets, venue hire and/or catering.
Group social events are included* as part of being in the Gig Buddies project.

How do I join? It’s free to join, just register your attendance by purchasing a free ticket from this page (click 'add to bag' in the top right hand corner and enter your details)
What do I need to play? All Gig Buddies online social events take place on Zoom.
Kahoot! Gig Buddies trivia takes place on Kahoot!, an app that can be downloaded from the app store. All participants are required to download this app. For more information about how to access Kahoot!, click here to load up our easy read guide.
PLEASE NOTE:
To play the Gig Buddies Sydney pub quiz buddies will need access to TWO devices, one to run Zoom and the other to enable Kahoot!
For example, buddies could access Zoom via a desktop computer/laptop and load up the Kahoot! app on a smartphone or tablet.
A Zoom link will be emailed to attendees on the day of the gathering.
