Ghost trains and carousels

Thanks to everyone who attended our Sydney Festival double-header during the weekend.

On Friday we headed to Meriton Village’s Spiegeltent to indulge in the weird and wacky Lords of Strut, while on Saturday (below) we ventured west to Parramatta to revel at the remake of Lewis Carrol’s classic Alice in Wonderland.

We do it all again this Friday (19/1), returning to Hyde Park to sample the sights and sounds of the Meriton Village.

Meeting at 5pm at the Archibald Fountain in Hyde Park (see map below), invites are open to all. Whether paired up or not, come and join your fellow gig buddies for a night at the “freaky fun park of wild, wonderful and bizarre experiences”.

Come and join us for a night of food, drink and live entertainment. If you want to ‘belt out Bohemian Rhapsody onboard a pogoing unicorn’ courtesy of the Karaoke Carousel ($5), take a trip in a Ghost Train ($10), have a 10 minute rave in a shipping container ($5), boogie in a glitter filled cube (free), or play ‘pinball musical instruments’ (free), this is the night for you.

If you would like to join us or if you have any questions, get in touch via email: info@gigbuddiessydney.org
