Thanks to all gig buddies who joined us at the Sydney Opera House last night for Middle Kids, who performed as part of Vivid Sydney.
Twenty gig buddies formed part of the sold out crowd as the Australian indie group rocked the Joan Sutherland Theatre.
We return to the Opera House for two more sold out gigs: Ice Cube, who takes to the stage tonight, and this Saturday (2/6) we’ll be front and centre for Lord of the Isles.
Thanks to Vivid Sydney organisers our participants are able to experience some of the best live music at this year’s festival at a discounted rate. Gig Buddies Sydney is indebted to the generosity of event coordinators.
In other news, we are one week out from rubbing elbows with stars from our charity partner, Cronulla Sharks.
Next Monday (4/6) we return to Shark Park to watch an open training session, and just like the past two NRL seasons, gig buddies will have the opportunity to watch the team get put through their paces, get autographs and take photos with players and management.
The invite is open to gig buddies, family members and support workers. If you are interested in attending get in touch via email: info@gigbuddiessydney.org
