We're off to North Sydney’s outdoor cinema next for the Whitney Houston biopic ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’, and we conclude things with a trip to Moore Park for a night of comedy.

On the subject of our socials, this is your LAST CHANCE to buy tickets for this Saturday’s A-League clash between high flying Central Coast Mariners and Western Sydney Wanderers.
Taking place at Gosford’s Industree Group Stadium, the game sees the Mariners - Australia’s top scorers, take on third place Western Sydney. Kick off is 7.45pm.

Out and about
Continuing with our social gatherings, we caught up with buddies at two different gigs last week.
First up, we headed to Club Parramatta for food and drinks last Thursday (19/1).
Then, due to the wet weather we were forced to move Sunday’s planned catch up at the beach to an indoor setting, meeting up with buddies at Club Palm Beach instead.

Connecting the dots….
Towards the end of 2022 we asked buddies, volunteers and our supporters for feedback on ways to improve the project.
One suggestion put forward was for buddies to expand their social circles with others who live within their same area.
We love this idea.
However, due to the ongoing work involved in facilitating the Gig Buddies project, we do not have the capacity to drive such a program: volunteer training, overseeing buddy pairings, organising social events, checking in with participants, plus the required administration means we unfortunately do not have the time or hands to play a part.
Therefore, we’re reaching out our community to find out if this could be facilitated by buddies.
