Six down, three to go

We’re over a week into our Christmas catch ups - thanks to everyone who has joined us so far.

Between Monday (30/11) and Thursday (3/12) of last week we caught up with over 110 buddies as we headed to Surry Hills, Randwick, Chatswood, Campbelltown and Erskinville, while last night (7/12) we made our way to Macquarie Park.

The feedback from the six events has been overwhelmingly positive; after such a long time catching up in a pub setting it’s been great to see so many buddies in person.

We go again later tonight, this time at Castle Hill before we then connect with buddies in Dee Why and Oatley.

Extra, extra! Read all about it!

As mentioned in last week’s blog, we’re to play host to one more online social this year.

Taking place next Tuesday (15/12 at 1pm) and Thursday (17/12 at 7pm), we invite buddies to join us for our ‘Big news quiz of 2020’.

As usual, the quiz will take place on Zoom and users will need to access Kahoot! More information, including registration details, will be included in next week’s blog.

Three more to the team

In other news, we are excited to reveal our three newest matches.

Say hello to Jackson and Noah (top, L - R), Matthew and Anita (middle, L - R) and Tyler and Scott (bottom, L - R). We’re delighted to welcome you to the Gig Buddies family and we look forward to seeing you out and about.

Second last session for the year

Our penultimate volunteer training session for 2020 took place last Saturday (5/12).

Thanks to Lisa, Elspeth, Christoper, Ryan and Josh (above, anti clockwise) for coming to Gig Buddies Sydney HQ - we look forward to introducing you to your respective buddies soon.
