We’re delighted to reveal the first Gig Buddies Central Coast pairing.
Step forward Deanna and Kate (above, L - R) - our inaugural match.
They completed their pairing formalities last week. While such meetings normally take place at a venue of the buddy’s choosing, due to Covid restrictions we moved things online.

Excitingly, the project’s second pairing in imminent. We look forward to revealing more in due course - and we can’t wait to see what Deanna and Kate get up to.
Christmas in July
As you’re all aware, since the last update Covid restrictions have been ramped up. Our scheduled social event in Newport - planned for Saturday 24 July - is still going ahead as planned.
Gig Buddies socials are great ways to meet other participants and to potentially try something new. We’re all about expanding social circles - and our events are a great way to do just that.
For our first such gig we’ve decided to organise a joint-event, open to both Sydney and Central Coast participants. Subject to an increase in Covid restrictions, you’ll find us at:
We invite Central Coast buddies to come meet their Sydney contemporaries as we board the ferry from Ettalong Beach, departing for a Christmas in July roast dinner at Newport’s 4 Pines Public House.

Staying in, the new going out
As for the here and now, with week three of lockdown underway we’re bringing you another trio of online offerings.
Starting this Wednesday (14/7), we invite you to introduce your furry friends to the group at our pet-a-rama. One day later and we’ll be hosting our Thursday night general knowledge quiz, while we round out the week with Friday's online disco.
