Oh I do like to be besides the seaside….

And on the subject of our walks, thanks to everyone who joined me in Manly on Saturday (15/8).

In what turned out to be a glorious morning, it was wonderful to catch up with so many buddies.

Talk like an Egyptian

For this week’s online socials we go international. Buddies are invited to join us for a chat with Gig Buddies Brighton’s Victoria, while we’re also bringing back our Pet-a-rama.

Fresh from her One Woman Show at the Gig Buddies All in One Day Festival, Victoria will be talking about her specialist subject, Ancient Egypt.

On the day we’ll be joined by other buddies based within the UK, and Victoria would like attendees to think of some questions in advance. You can email your suggestions to info@gigbuddiessydney.org or get in touch via Facebook.

To join us online for any of our events, click on the links listed below.

Gimme five

This week we facilitated another five pairings.

We’re delighted to welcome Kimberley and Hannah (top, L - R), Saad and Will (left, L - R), Anthony and Chris (right, L - R), Dee and Alex (bottom, L - R) and Edward and Matt (not pictured) to the family.

Two more to the team

While we also prepped another two volunteers.

Thank you Paul and Madelene (above, L - R) for coming in - we’re looking forward to introducing you to your respective buddies soon.
